wowApic will defend, indemnify and hold its customers harmless for any suits or liabilities arising out of third-party claims that Website Work has infringed upon that parties' rights ("Website Work" includes only elements of the project that were created by wowApic or incorporated by wowApic from sources selected by wowApic and not supplied by its customer).
Aside from the express representations, warranties and indemnities stated above, wowApic makes no other representations, warranties or indemnities with respect to intellectual property. All other rights are expressly reserved.
