At wowApic, we want every transaction and purchase to be completely satisfactory.

Satisfaction guarantee and refund policy

We aim to produce high-quality photo restoration, editing and vectorization as per our customers requirements. We have rigorous processes and stringent procedures in place to produce pictures of the highest quality. However, there is a distinctly subjective element to digital image editing.

wowApic will display the edited photograph or vectorized image and gives you the right to accept or reject it before you download. If you are not satisfied, we will redo the image at no additional charge a maximum of two times. If after the second attempt, we are unable to complete the picture in accordance with your instructions, we will refund you the entire amount you have paid for the concerned image.

wowApic will not refund any money after you have accepted the completed work.

There may be certain instances where it may not be possible to enhance a picture or perform a restoration due to technical reasons. In those rare cases, wowApic will immediately refund your payment for that image and notify you.

We greatly value you as a customer. Our goal is to provide you with a totally enjoyable, convenient and safe image editing and enhancement environment. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your experience on this site, please email us at care@wowapic.com.

wowApic reserves the right to change the Customer Satisfaction Policy at any time, for any reason, and without notice. Please note it is your obligation to check back on the Customer Satisfaction Policy from time to time.

Quick Start
You have fixed my grandparent wedding photo very well especially the damage around my grandfather's eye. There was so much damage to the photo that I am surprised that it could be improved so much.

I like the coloring of the photo of me as a toddler. I am not sure what the color of the dress would have been originally. The main reason I like that photo is because it has my teddy bear in it and you have got close to the color I remember him being.
