wowApic agrees to indemnify, defend and hold its customers harmless in accordance with wowApic Intellectual Property Policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold wowApic harmless against any claim that is brought against wowApic as a result of any improper use by you of materials produced by wowApic.
wowApic will seek to correct any work deficiency that a customer believes resulted from wowApic's failure to follow a customer's order instructions as per our Satisfaction Policy. wowApic shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages as a result of wowApic's alleged failure to perform services satisfactorily or in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits and inability to use the work product. wowApic's maximum liability is the amount that otherwise would be due for wowApic's services.
Practices at wowApic to ensure customer satisfaction including our satisfaction guarantee and refund policy are detailed in our Satisfaction Policy.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the website, render the website inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the website, content, servers, networks, networked computers of the Website and its business partners. You hereby agree not to try to access any content that is not intended for you. You hereby agree not to use the website in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties. You hereby agree that you shall not impersonate any person or entity.
You shall not upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any content that is pornographic, harmful or otherwise objectionable. wowApic does not accept projects that involve "adult sexual content" unless, in wowApic's sole and exclusive discretion, the project has a substantial creative element and you provide actor/model release(s) and a supplemental indemnity agreement in a form acceptable to our legal department. The determination with respect to "substantial creative element" and the sufficiency of releases will be made at the time each order is submitted. The turnaround time for such orders will be calculated from the time wowApic approves the project.
4. Termination of Service
wowApic may terminate its service to you at any time, without notice, for any conduct in violation of this Terms of Use or any other policies or guidelines set forth by wowApic (the "Policies"). wowApic reserves the right to take all appropriate measures (including but not limited to blocking your access to wowApic, removal of posted images and non-fulfillment of your order) to enforce wowApic Policies.
Not all photos can be restored or edited and images vectorized as per a customer's requirements. If for any reason, wowApic cannot fulfill your requirements, we will immediately refund the full amount for the concerned picture and send notification.
5. Right to Disclose
wowApic reserves the right to disclose any information posted by you to the relevant government authorities to satisfy any law, regulation or government request.
6. Governing Law
The substantive laws of the State of Florida law govern the performance, interpretation, and enforcement of these Terms of Use, wowApic's Privacy Policy, Satisfaction Policy, Intellectual Property Policies and any other agreement you enter with wowApic.
7. General Provisions
wowApic's failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or of any other rights or provisions in these Terms of Use.
wowApic reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, for any reason, and without notice. It is your obligation to check back on these Terms of Use from time to time.
